  Only went here for the special they had on for cardigans. The lady told me my wifes cardigan was actually a coat and charged me for it. Over-priced. Service was pretty average too, like I was more of a hindrance than a customer.

  Since then I have been informed I'll be reimbursed but it will take awhile for the insurance claim to go through. But they haven't even asked what the shorts are worth, explained how long this process will take or apologized.

  I left my credit card in the jacket and quite panicked when I thought I lost it, then within minutes I had a call from the cleaner. Thank you Quality :-)

  Took an expensive pair of forever new $100 shorts in to be dry cleaned. Over a week later I was contacted & asked if I'd already picked them up, as I hadn't they then told me they had gone missing.

  I had to ring them & visit the store twice before being told they were lost during transportation. Another few days passed so I contacted head office to then be told they experienced a break in over xmas & my shorts were stolen.

  I've tried to be patient & understanding but not only have they caused a huge inconvenience as these shorts are no longer available. They've had piss poor communication & customer service skills.
